By ticking the declaration on the entry form, the participant and their school confirm that they have read and accept the following, for every reel, drawing or speech they submit to the “Meri Seva, Mera Sankalp” competition under Seva Sankalp Utsav.
The entry is the original work of the participating student (or teacher/faculty). Nothing has been copied from another person, website or source. The idea, content and creation are the participant’s own.
For every student entry, the parent or legal guardian has given consent for the student to participate and for the entry (including the student’s name, class, school and the submitted reel, drawing or speech) to be used for the purposes of this competition — evaluation, selection, screening at the Grand Showcase, documentation and official communication by the Directorate of Education.
No copyrighted music, footage, images or other material has been used without the necessary rights or permission. Any background music or visuals used are original, license-free, or used with permission.
The entry does not contain anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or unsafe, and follows the themes and guidelines of the competition. The Directorate may reject or remove any entry that does not meet these standards.
Evaluation and selection are carried out by the designated school, district and state panels. The decisions of the Directorate of Education and its authorised panels are final.
Ticking the declaration on the entry form means the participant and the school agree to all of the above.
